Invitation from the Great King

Panel 1:

This is an invitation. It is not an ordinary invitation. It is very special and you may never receive another one like it in your entire life. So, be very careful to read it and respond correctly. Your life depends on your response to this very important invitation.

Today, you are invited to join the Kingdom of God. The King of Kings himself, the Lord Jesus Christ; Creator of heaven and Earth, of everything seen and unseen, the glorious and majestic one, beautiful beyond description, ruling and reigning with great power, is welcoming you to come. The price for you has been paid. You are special to the King because he himself created you and gave you life and all good things.

This Kingdom is an eternal Kingdom and will never fade away. It is more real than the world that you are living in right now. In this Kingdom there is no pain, no sorrow, no weakness, no fear, no sin, no death, no evil, and no suffering. Everything that is good and beautiful in this life will live there but it will be perfect. Nothing evil or bad will ever enter this Kingdom.

Panel 2:

The King himself is presenting you with the gift of entrance to this eternal Kingdom. An expensive price has been paid for you. The high price paid was the very precious blood of the King of Kings himself. His life blood represents all that He is. He gave everything for you so that you can have a relationship with Him now and in the life to come. Will you reject a gift from such a great King?

If you accept his invitation, you will become adopted into his family and become a son or daughter in His Kingdom. You will inherit everything that belongs to the King. You will have sabai jai, joy, happiness, and peace forever. Your eternal wealth will exceed all of the wealth of the Kings of this earth combined.

But first, before you can enter this Kingdom, all darkness must be destroyed from your life. Darkness has come into our world through sin. Sin is what happens when we donʼt obey our Creator King and sin leads to darkness, suffering, and the cycle of death.

God our Creator made this world good, but it has been destroyed because of sin and suffering has entered into it. One day death will be finally destroyed and King Jesus will bring everyone who has trusted in Him alone to save them into his eternal Kingdom.

Panel 3:

When we humans worship or give offerings to anything else other than our Creator King and God, it is called sin and brings death. When we break his moral laws or precepts, it brings death. And we have all sinned and will experience death. The only way to break this cycle and stop the power of death and hell is to completely surrender your life to the King, the Lord Jesus Christ and trust in Him to save you.

There is one Creator God, the King of Kings, and he is the only one in this world worthy of worship. You must turn your heart over to Him and worship and serve Him only.

So, the choice is yours today. You may forget about the person who gave you this invitation, but you will never forget about the King they represent, Jesus Christ. He is the Almighty Eternal King of Kings. One day when you die, you will meet him because he is the judge of all humans. On that day, you will either be welcomed in to His Kingdom as a son or daughter or sent away because he never knew you. If he sends you away, you will lose everything forever. Donʼt let this happen! Jesus can rescue you and your family.

Panel 4:

If you want to know him, you can start today by praying to Him and asking him to come into your life and be your King. Ask Him to forgive all your sin, and give you a new pure heart. He will do it. Give your life to Him. Give worship to Him only. He is a good King and the only true God. He has defeated death and has provided all of the merit that every human needs to be saved.

He loves you and wants you to be his adopted son or daughter. That is why you received this invitation today. Please donʼt take it for granted. It is very real and true. Donʼt wait, you may not be here tomorrow. The King is waiting on your decision. Choose to serve Jesus Christ today.

Are Gospel tracts effective in Thailand?

Veteran Missionary Karl Dahlfred answers,

“In his research on conversion growth in Protestant churches in Thailand, Marten Visser discovered that 60% of Thai Christians say that literature of some form played a role in them coming to Christ.  That is an impressive statistic, especially considering the fact that most Thai people are not big readers.  So even though books are by no means the key to evangelism in Thailand, getting good books (and booklets) into people’s hands is still significant to evangelism and discipleship among Thai people.”
