Before becoming an Executive Pastor in 2016, I served with Frontier Ventures (formerly U.S. Center for World Mission) based in Pasadena, CA where I led a major rebranding and relaunch of the ministry started by famed missiologist Dr. Ralph D. Winter. Winter was named one of the top twenty five Evangelicals in America by TIME magazine and worked for over forty years to make the western church aware of “hidden” or “unreached” people groups. I also served as Collaborative Director for the Pasadena campus he began, working daily with such groups as The Call, Circuit Riders, One Voice Student Missions, YWAM, and the Pasadena International House of Prayer. Previous to my work at the Frontier Ventures (USCWM), my family and I were missionaries to Northeast Thailand for four years, where I became a respected young missions thinker and writer. My work- People of Power, made it into the 12th volume of the SEANET series. Seeking the Unseen: Spiritual Realities in the Buddhist World was published in 2016 and is currently available on Amazon. Much of my earlier blog writing since 2007 has been in the realm of my personal experiences and insights related to global missions and discipleship, with an emphasis on my time as a missionary to Thailand. As a new believer, I was a part of the historic Pensacola Revival (1995-2000) and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the School of Ministry, under the leadership of Dr. Michael L. Brown, a well known Jewish apologist and author. Throughout my early twenties, I traveled throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman (FMF). My background includes military, medical, internet sales and marketing, local church leadership, global missions work, and non profit administration. Published media also includes work for Mission Frontiers magazine, Urbana.org, and Create International.
