I was speaking with my friend John, who is a missionary in Northeast Thailand, about how much religious activity/outreach is going on in the city of about 800,000 people, where they have just started working to plant a life giving reproducing church.
With the exception of Buddhist monks, John knew of nothing except for an old Catholic mission, a small group of evangelicals (around a few dozen people), and of course, the Mormon missionaries.
It never ceases to amaze me that in every country I’ve every spent any length of time in, I have never failed to see Mormon missionaries. The Mormon church never lacks in zeal in sending out their “best and brightest” to the four corners of the Earth to propagate their peculiar doctrines. They are very well known for quickly learning the language of their host countries.
The truly do have a “zeal for God, but not according to truth. (see Romans 10:2-3 and Galatians 1:6-10)

Some of them came to the truth while on their missions for the LDS church.
Pray that multitudes of zealous young Mormon missionaries would come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved.
Also pray that we would see an increase of faithful, young, and zealous evangelical Christian missionaries, who have the truth according to knowledge, preaching the Gospel to every tribe and nation.
